Refund Policy -  horsefabulous products & equipment

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice-so please choose carefully.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods you purchased are defective (the defect has not been caused by you), if the goods do not match the description or image displayed on our website or if the goods do not do what they are supposed to do or what we said they would do.

If you prefer, we will exchange, credit or repair the goods where possible.

horsefabulous products & equipment will refund the original postal charges on all returned goods.

This refund policy applies only if the goods are returned within a reasonable time and there is proof that you have purchased the item from us.

When purchasing from the horsefabulous ecommerce store your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Shipping Policy 

horsefabulous will accept payments from and ship to any country in the world.

All orders placed for the Up-Right® Anti-Cast Safety Strips are sold on a freight Ex Works basis. The crating and handling charge for all international shipments of Up-Right® Anti-Cast Safety Strips is AUD$1 per strip.  

Our delivery time frames are:

Within Australia:  3-7 days

International:  5-10 days

Customer Service Policy

horsefabulous will advise you within 3 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.
